Description

 Environment-friendly heat pump of about 14Kw for central heating and/or sanitary facilities. This powerful heat pump is even strong in our Belgian climate. 
The advantage of this heat pump is that it immediately produces hot water. No cooling pipe work, no gas connection and no maintenance required.
The heat pump contains a heating pump, but no expansion tank.

Main characteristics

  • High-efficiency R32 refrigerant gas with low environmental impact
  • Highly suitable for use on low temperature radiant systems (heating/cooling).
  • Autonomous management of the various main operating modes (heating, cooling, domestic hot water production) according to well-defined priorities and realistic climatic conditions, in order to maximise efficiency and the resulting energy savings.
  • Possibility of managing mixers, bypass valves, secondary circulation pumps and possible integration with external heat sources.
  • Modular installation option for medium commercial and industrial applications
  • Production of domestic hot water using an external storage tank
  • Integration of thermal solar panels combined with an external boiler
  • Numerous programmable parameters for a wide range of uses

Construction features

  • In-house control system with microcontroller, electronic expansion valve overheating logic
  • Twin rotary DC inverter compressors
  • Axial fans with brushless DC motor
  • On the evaporator, the aluminium fins placed around the copper tubes are treated with a water-repellent coating
  • The condenser consists of brazed AISI 316 stainless steel plates, with reduced pressure drop on the water side.
  • Refrigerant circuit in copper pipe, including: condensation control, electronic thermostat valve, changeover valve, high/low pressure switches, liquid separator and receiver, maintenance and control valves, double pressure valve, high and low pressure converters.
  • Integrated hydraulic circuit: high-efficiency DC variable-speed circulator, expansion tank, flow switch, air vent, safety valve (6 bar), pressure gauge, fill and drain valve.

  • Comfort: The DC inverter technology precisely adjusts the power required to cool rooms, reaching and maintaining the setpoint quickly and with great precision.
  • Efficiency: By modulating the compressor with the DC Inverter control, the system can be adjusted to save energy.
  • Ecology: Unlike boilers, heat pumps do not directly emit CO2. However, due to their low electricity consumption, indirect CO2 emissions (those from the power plants used to produce the electricity required for their operation) represent 25% compared to traditional heating. R32 refrigerant gas also guarantees higher efficiency and a low impact on the environment, in accordance with European Regulation 517/2014.
  • Savings: of the energy contained in the air, a low power consumption is required to produce the necessary heating power, especially in radiant systems with a low temperature difference.
  • Reliability: all compressor components are lubricated uniformly at all speeds. Commissioning must be carried out by the authorised technical service.
