Description

What is a wet system?
The heating pipe is sunk into the screed and is completely enclosed by the screed material.

Extra information:
Because heating pipes shrink and expand, reinforcement of the screed is recommended, especially with wet floor heating. A dispersing agent should also be used in the screed.

Operation
The heat is transported by means of low-temperature hot water circulation. The entire screed serves as a low-temperature heating body (surface temperature of the floor lower than 29 °C according to EN 1264). Heat is transferred by radiation from the floor surface to the environment, which results in very little air movement and an even distribution of temperature.

Floor structure
The floor is composed of: supporting floor, foil, filling layer, insulation, heating pipes, screed and floor finish. When choosing this system, a greater floor thickness must be taken into account.

Shortage:
If you are short of materials, we will supply them free of charge if the surplus is returned (free transport).

Delivery time: 1 to 2 weeks
 

Workflow:

1. Ordering
2. Delivery of the materials + handing over of the plans + going over how to start (explanation max 2 hours)
3. You lay the floor heating yourself, if you have any questions just give us a call.
4. When everything is finished and connected to the manifold, we come to collect all the surplus, rinse it and check for leaks. A garden hose must be provided on site between the cold water tap and the underfloor heating manifold.
