This 20" carbon filter is twice the size of the 10" triplex. The filter stops everything larger than 5 microns. This carbon filter is for colour, odour and other unwanted toxins.
If you have a lot of problems with odour/colour, it is best to place two filters in a row. Connect these with a brass 1" nipple.
