Our alupex press fittings are a joining system for multilayer pipes suitable for use in hot and cold water systems, for sanitary or heating/cooling purposes . The mechanical press fitting between pipe and joint is made by pressing with manual or electromechanical pliers, which in a few seconds permanently press the fitting around the pipe. The hydraulic seal between pipe and fitting is instead ensured by the O-ring seals in the fittings. Each connection is made in seconds and with minimal effort.
Our ALUPEX universal press fitting is compatible with a wide range of profiles/pressing jaws (F, TH, U, H, B) and is very detailed, improving performance and facilitating installation.
The fittings are built according to the 'Leak before press'-principle: if the fitting is not pinched off, it loses water. This function allows you to immediately identify all sections that have not been pinched off during the system pressure test.
The plastic end pieces of the stainless steel sleeve are also equipped with sight glasses that allow you to see whether the pipe is fully inserted and "at the stop" before you proceed with clamping.
